- How far in advance should I get in touch?
- For most trips, three to six months gives us room to secure the access and properties we'd recommend. For Japan in cherry blossom season or high-demand wellness retreats, twelve months is not unusual. That said, we've pulled together last-minute itineraries when the request was right. Get in touch regardless.
- What does it cost to use Wanderon?
- Our fee structure depends on the complexity and length of your trip. We'll be clear about fees in our first substantive conversation — before anything is booked. There's no charge for the initial enquiry or consultation.
- Do you handle flights?
- We focus on in-destination experience — hotels, access, activities, wellness programmes, and ground logistics. For flights, we'll give you advice on routing and timing, but leave the booking to you or your preferred flight agent unless you ask otherwise.
- Can you plan travel for groups?
- Yes — group travel and corporate retreats are a significant part of what we do. We cap our group bookings to ensure the quality of attention doesn't drop. If you have a group enquiry, mention the size and approximate dates in your message.
