— WELLNESS & LONGEVITY
Rest is not a reward. It's the point.
Clinically-informed retreats across Asia. Designed around you, not a brochure.
— OUR PHILOSOPHY
Intentional. Evidence-based.
Deeply personal.
Wellness travel has become a catch-all for anything sold at a resort with a pool and a juice menu. We think that's a waste of a good plane ticket. The retreats we book are chosen because they work — not because they photograph well.
We have relationships with longevity clinics in Chiang Mai, Ayurvedic doctors in Kandy, traditional healers in Ubud, and meditation teachers in Kyoto who don't take walk-ins. These aren't curated discoveries — they're people we've sent travellers to for years, and followed up with afterwards.
Every wellness booking begins with a conversation about what you actually need. Not what sounds good on paper. What will change something when you get home.
— WHAT WE OFFER
Three approaches. One goal.
-
Longevity & Biohacking
Advanced diagnostics, IV therapy, cryotherapy, and altitude training. Thailand and Bali lead the way for clinically-informed longevity protocols outside of Western clinical settings.
- Full-body diagnostics and bloodwork
- IV nutrient therapy and NAD+ protocols
- Hyperbaric oxygen and cryotherapy
- Sleep and HRV optimisation
-
Traditional Healing
Ayurveda in Sri Lanka. Kampo in Japan. Jamu in Bali. Ancient systems with millennia of refinement behind them — we connect you with practitioners who have spent decades with these traditions.
- Ayurvedic Panchakarma, Sri Lanka
- Kampo herbal medicine, Japan
- Jamu body treatments, Bali
- Traditional Thai therapeutic massage
-
Silent & Meditative
Vipassana. Forest bathing. Digital detox in a location with no signal and no agenda. Sometimes the best itinerary is no itinerary — and the bravest thing you can do is stop.
- Vipassana silent retreats, Thailand
- Shinrin-yoku forest bathing, Japan
- Digital detox, remote Bali hills
- Breath and somatic movement programmes
— FEATURED RETREAT
The Ten-Day Reset — Bali.
Ten days in the hills above Ubud. No agenda for the first two — that's intentional. Your nervous system needs time before it's ready to receive anything.
Days three through eight follow a rhythm: morning movement at dawn, a traditional Balinese healer in the late morning, afternoons free. The healer has been practising for forty years and doesn't speak much English. Somehow it doesn't matter.
The final two days include an Ayurvedic consultation and a personalised take-home protocol. Most people extend. We plan for that.
- 10 nights, clifftop villa with jungle valley views
- Daily movement: yoga, breathwork, or walking meditation
- Traditional Balinese healing sessions (3 included)
- Ayurvedic consultation and take-home protocol
- All meals: locally sourced, prepared on-site
- Post-trip integration call with your Wanderon concierge
— OUR APPROACH
Not one-size-fits-all. Not ever.
-
Health & intention questionnaire
Before anything is booked, we send a short questionnaire. Health history, sleep, stress, what you want to leave behind, what you want to take home. This shapes everything.
-
Personalised retreat matching
We match your profile to the right programme, practitioner, and location. Not by algorithm — by someone who has done the research and, in most cases, been there.
-
Post-trip integration call
A short call two weeks after you return. We check in, note what worked, and discuss any follow-up protocols your retreat recommended. This isn't standard practice elsewhere. It should be.
